![]() ![]() Not only has Roblox disappointed me, they have failed me in every way. When I found out my Roblox account that I've had since 2018 was deleted, I was shocked and disappointed. I have spent thousands of money on Roblox. I just want to start off by saying I have supported Roblox ever since I was a kid. When you go through the customer service link it sends a support ticket number and a message that they cannot be contacted through their support contact. I have emails from June 28th, at which time they stopped responding to emails. and includes the support ticket numbers - Roblox Support Ticket 69880436,Roblox Support Ticket ********, If you cannot find the answer to your inquiry with the below resources, ** YOU MUST RESUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY VIA OUR SUPPORT FORM HERE: Further replies to this ticket will not be sent by our Roblox team. IMPORTANT NOTE: We no longer support direct email inquiries to this email address. Since then when responding online thought their customer service the response is They have been communicating through this email address and referring to it since March, the last support ticket numbers they did not send with a error message was Roblox Support Ticket ********. The account name as shown on the emails was chacha11m11. There seems to be an error in the system as only two accounts are shown when I try to log in by email when there are six accounts in total tied to the email.The pictures I submitted show that only two accounts are shown when trying to log in by email and the six account names tied to the email. ![]() I need help gaining access to these accounts. Since the accounts are tied to one email, the passwords should have been reset. I used the new password I inputted through password reset. ![]() I have tried resetting the password by putting in my email, but it did not reset the password to the accounts I want access to.The email the accounts are tied to: *********************************** only two accounts are shown when I tried to log in by email, I tried to login by username. I have tried logging in by email, but only two accounts are shown. ![]() It seems like the support team is filled with robots that only know how to repeat questions rather than to come up with a solution.My problem is simple: I have accounts that I want access to.
